Polysure P0049D is a 1-Hexene co-monomer-based bimodal, high molecular weight High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) grade manufactured using Advanced Dual Loop Slurry MarTECH™ technology. It is designed for pipe extrusion and offers excellent processability, good toughness, outstanding creep resistance, long-term hoop strength, slow crack growth resistance and rapid crack propagation resistance. Pipes produced with P0049D and the specified carbon black dosage can meet the hydrostatic strength requirements of PE100-class pipes.
